SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Currently, we ship using Canada Post. USA & International shipments will come soon. Please note that if Canada Post is on strike, no shipments will be made without further discussion with our customers, as the cost to ship may increase.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping costs are based on total the package weight and location, and they are applied at checkout. Rates will be calculated based on the weight and location of where the product is being sent. This rate will be calculated and applied at the time of checkout.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are a small family run company just starting up. We can not accept returns on Cedaria Innovations Accessories or main structures due to high cost of shipping and to deter buying it in hopes it will fit none listed canoes with intention to return. Please pay careful attention to the canoe install videos for your model to ensure compatibility and contact us with any questions. Returns will be unnecessary if we work together to get you the right model main structure.
